ADVISORY BOARD

A retired Rear Admiral (USN) and engineering expert, Jim served as Chief Engineer for the U.S. Navy’s SPAWAR Command, overseeing global C5ISR, space, and network systems.

With a background in fleet maintenance, ship & weapons systems, and advanced technology acquisition, he now leads XSITE LLC, providing systems engineering to the DoD and Intelligence Community.​
