ENGINEER

A seasoned aerospace engineer with 32+ years of experience, Jeffrey has led fuel cell electric power innovations for small UAS since 2010.

Formerly Chief Engineer at Insitu, he played a key role in ScanEagle product development and advanced UAV programs.

His expertise spans mechanical design, heat transfer, and system hardening, with a career that includes Boeing, Raytheon, Hughes Aircraft, and more. A University of Washington BSME graduate, he holds five UAV-related patents.​
