Gad Shaanan delivered a talk on innovation and leadership at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), addressing complex innovations and how to lead a multidisciplinary team to work as one.
The uniqueness of the GH drone series by Unmanned Aerospace sparked the Navy’s interest in better understanding the company’s inspiration, thought process, and development process leading up to their achievements today, in a category of its own. Gad, with more than 40 years of R&D experience designing and inventing hundreds of products, demonstrated his approach, activating lively conversation with the students of NPS.
